Sensuality Is Saying Yes to Yourself
She lies still. Dark water surrounds her body. Not to hide it. But to hold it.

A few days later, she hangs upside down beneath a bridge.
Then she sits naked on a table.
In the next photograph, she screams.
This is Eliska.
It took me a long time to understand what I was really seeing.
A person who, step by step, stops apologising for existing.
Eliska often writes about the body.
About sexuality.
About dance.
But beneath the words, I hear something else.
A longing for freedom.
To love because she chooses to.
To be sensual without being for sale.
To say:
This is my body.
I watch her dance.
I read her words.
I look at my photographs.
And I understand.
I have photographed freedom.
