Pernille Harder

There is an energy in Pernille — several times named the world's best footballer — that you feel before she even steps in front of the camera: a blend of focus, warmth and movement. When I photographed her during her time at LFC, 2012–2016, it was clear that the same drive that carries her forward on the pitch also shines in her gaze. We talked about playing golf some day. We still haven't — but I'm sure she'd have the same energy there too.
