My body lives its own life

Alexandra moves as if the world were a breath and I see it in every gesture. She lets her body speak, float, and roll – soft like water, wild like a storm.

She is a 4/1 Projector in Human Design – a guide who sees more than most. A Projector’s strength is to choose where to put her energy, and when she waits, her presence changes everything. Her life is heart-centered, rooted in home and community, but it also carries a rebellious, visionary fire that calls for healing and transformation.

When Alexandra came closer, the air felt heavier. Not with romance, not with desire, but with something real: two people showing themselves fully. She moved for herself, not him. Every step was a mirror, a test, an invitation. Mathias could only watch. Only wait. Only meet what rose inside him — shame, desire, fear, anger, release.

A week on my island in Hjälmaren became a space of play, stillness, and presence for a few friends. The days often began naked in the kitchen, talking about vegan food and lemons – a conversation that made me start each morning with fresh lemon juice for two months. Alexandra met Simone, a soul friend from different times, and together they created moments of trust, play, and presence. We captured them spontaneously, especially during Kashmiri massage, where bodies, breaths, and energies met in quiet trust.

Alexandra reminds us of the importance of boundaries and consent. “A no is always enough,” she says. “I choose what I give my energy to.” Listening to your body, standing by your consent, is as natural for her as breathing.

In dance, Yagé, cacao, and art, she meets her fire, her vulnerability, and her strength. “Integration is the real magic,” she says. “Healing doesn’t stop in the ritual – it continues in everyday life.”

In our improvised photoshoots, I choose the place and the light, then let the dance and the feelings guide us. The camera becomes an extension of presence – an intuitive flow that captures the invisible between breaths, between skin and air, between Alexandra and the space around her.
