Xena and Mathias met again, this time in the sand dunes outside Amsterdam. It was a day dedicated to exploring bodies and minds.
Xena is a strong and independent woman who works with development and liberation. Her confidence shone through in the way she moved and expressed herself. Mathias was open to exploring his own vulnerability and sensitivity. Their meeting created a dynamic and exciting atmosphere for the photo session.
During the photography session, we delved deeper into their minds and emotions. We wanted to capture moments of inner journeys and spiritual strength. We tried to create images that challenged the viewer’s perspective and questioned traditional norms of gender and sexuality.
How did it go? Perhaps not so clearly, but it is undeniable that Xena is a proud warrior. We will probably need to write a few more chapters on traditional norms before anything changes on that front.
