Anneke works with therapy and sexuality for women, men, and couples. She helps people embrace all parts of themselves, even those aspects that society may sometimes judge or misunderstand. Anneke began her career as a teacher for children with special needs. For ten years, she gave everything she had, but eventually, she burned out. Yoga, meditation, and mindfulness became her tools for recovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

”I started introducing child massage in classrooms, creating safe spaces where children could learn to touch each other with love and care,” she shares. ”That was the beginning of my journey into working with the body and connection.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anneke took her newfound knowledge further by teaching other educators how to use massage as a tool in schools. Her goal was to help children feel confident in showing loving, respectful touch to one another, free from guilt or shame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, over time, she felt increasingly constrained by the fixed frameworks of her job. She longed for freedom and independence, which led her to follow the common thread of her life: working with people’s bodies and emotions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working with Women<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Anneke began practicing as a massage therapist while also teaching yoga classes. In these spaces, she met many women and quickly realized her work could evolve and deepen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

”At the start of my practice, I primarily worked with women. I helped them release numbness, pain, guilt, and shame,” she explains. ”It\u2019s about rediscovering their connection to their bodies and their sense of pleasure.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her open upbringing, free from shame about nudity and pleasure, laid the foundation for her work. Through her practice, she aims to help women reclaim their bodily and sexual power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working with Men<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

”I help men stay connected to their sexual energy without losing touch with themselves or their partner,” she says. For many men, it\u2019s about letting go of the pressure to perform and instead focusing on intimacy and pleasure.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anneke also teaches men techniques for working with their sexual energy, such as how to extend intimacy by avoiding ejaculation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Couples Therapy and Intimacy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For couples, Anneke focuses on rebuilding intimacy and improving communication around needs and fantasies. She uses exercises to help partners understand each other\u2019s bodies and sexual ”maps.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

”It might involve setting boundaries or finding the courage to express what you truly want,” she explains. ”Massage and touch are central tools, especially for those who carry guilt or shame about their sexuality. I\u2019m there to help guide them through these practices in a safe space.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes, these sessions lead to new and unexpected discoveries, allowing couples to explore fresh ways to experience trust and passion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

”I help couples uncover their sexual blueprints, bridging gaps and building deeper connections. Sexual energy is life force energy. It carries innocence, beauty, and playfulness. My work is about helping people reconnect with that purity.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
